How to Grow Your Eyelashes

Most women lose a few eyelashes every day – while applying mascara, while using a lash curler or simply while washing their face. Normally a new eyelash does grow back in the same hair follicle but if you often wonder how to grow your eyelashes, Idol Lash is the solution you have been looking for. With this completely natural product, your eyelashes will become evidently longer and denser in as little as two to four weeks. The prettier your lashes, the better your eyes look. Therefore, if you wish to implement a few home remedies apart from applying Idol Lash regularly, here are some suggestions that you can try.

  • Olive oil or castor oil

Both these oils are rich in vitamin E and could help you regain your lost lashes. Olive oil and castor oil do not only encourage lash growth, they also prevent your lashes from growing weak and falling out in the future. Simply use your fingers to dab some oil on your brows and lashes and leave it on overnight. In the morning, you can cleanse your face with lukewarm water and then pat your face dry. With this home remedy, you no longer have to worry, do eyelashes grow back!

  • Vaseline

Vaseline is a rather affordable product and its emollient can protect your lashes too. Your eyelash growth will increase over time and you will look more beautiful than you ever did before. Just make sure you remove all your eye makeup before applying Vaseline or other petroleum jelly with the help of a mascara wand or q-tip brush before going to sleep. Repeat this treatment for a month to see the desired results.

  • Glycerin

Glycerin is an excellent treatment for eyelash growth and it prevents your skin from aging too. Clean your eyes with lukewarm water and apply some glycerin on your lashes with the help of a cotton swab. Soon you will have longer and fuller lashes that will make you look stunning.

  • Trimming lashes

Instead of worrying about how to grow your eyelashes, try trimming them when they enter the growing phase as this stimulates eyelash growth. Remember that lashes are just like other hair on the body, only a lot finer. So grooming them will naturally allow them to grow.

  • Avoiding makeup

Makeup contains harsh chemicals and excessive amounts of it tend to cause your lashes to fall out. Remember to clean your eyes at the end of the day and never go to sleep with makeup on. This will lessen the number of lashes that you lose and ensure your follicles are healthy as well.

  • Treating dandruff

Severe cases of dandruff can make you susceptible to a condition called blepharitis that leads to the inflammation of eyelids. This in turn will hinder your natural eyelash growth. Thus, it is best to be hygienic and take care of your dandruff problem, especially around the eye areas. Even if your eyes have not been affected but you see traces of dandruff in your hair, take enough care to ensure the problem does not worsen. With a little bit of precaution, everything should be okay.

  • Eating healthy meals

Do eyelashes grow back? Well, they do if your diet is healthy and nutritious. Healthy meals will ensure your body gets the right amount of vitamins and nutrients and this in turn will promote your eyelash growth. Keratin constitutes eyelash follicles and high protein foods ensure the growth of lashes. Foods like chicken, tofu, fish and soy are must haves in your diet. Apart from these, it is equally important to consume plenty of fluids to make sure your lashes stay in place.

Eyelashes grow at a rate of ¼ inch each month. If your lashes break at a higher rate, your natural growth will not be good enough to make up for your loss. This is why many women choose to use Idol Lash as the product has absolutely no side effects and it ensures that your eyelashes are taken care of in every possible way.  With the regular use of Idol Lash, never again will you experience a deficit of lashes. This one of a kind product will keep your eyelashes conditioned and make sure you always look ravishing and glamorous.

First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question
which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear
your thoughts pruor to writing. I’ve had a hard time clearing my mind in getting
my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are
generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
    Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!

Thank you for your kind comments, they’re much appreciated!

Prior to writing, I usually try to select a room where I’ll be undisturbed. I try to sit comfortably but not slouched. At first I used to sit for ten to fifteen minutes and allow my mind to roam anywhere and then over time started to inhibit these thoughts and try to gain more control over my thoughts(it doesn’t always work though!).I always try to use the same space and make it as relaxing as possible without any noise disturbances.

Following this, I usually make a series of sub-headings and quite quickly fill in anything that springs to mind under each heading. From there I make 2 – 3 rough drafts before coming up with the final copy. I think it is important to think about your target audience also, as the way you speak to one group may not be the same for the next. This is quite a short answer but I hope it helps. A good idea also might be to read Clarity by Jamie Smart or take a look on Amazon where there are plenty of helpful books on this and related areas.

I hope this short answer helps and good luck with your writing!
